A therapeutic movement initiative using juggling and flow arts to support mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
Combining mindfulness, brain fitness, bilateral stimulation, and playful engagement, Dr. Juggle delivers interactive workshops, community events, and movement-based programs for all ages - including youth, the elderly, and those in rehabilitation.
The project focuses on connection, creativity, and empowerment through movement therapy and skill-building.
Led by Jon (a.k.a. Dr. Juggle), this initiative brings joy, healing, and social bonding through the power of mindful play
